Gastroenteritis: This could be due to gastroenteritis (infection of the alimentary tract) or due to inflammation of the bowel lining (colitis). There could be many potential causes for this sort of symptom therefore it is best you see your doctor for further examination and investigation. It may be something transient and self limiting over the next few days or it may be an autoimmune disorder in its early stages

More info needed: There is a fairly broad differential at this point. Any fever? That would suggest infection such as diverticulitis. Urinary symptoms may suggest a stone. Is the pain going to one side or other? Any imaging? CT would be a good start.
