Yes: There is a strong possibility you have torn your gastrocnemius muscle, which becomes part of your achilles tendon. The gastrocnemius muscle originates around the back of the knee, this is likely why you are having knee pain. Other possibilities are a bakers cyst, arterial rupture, and less likely a blood clot. We can speak more to narrow down the possibilities.
