Why every time i go to the obgyn for a checkup, i cramp really bad afterwards. i am currently 7 weeks pregnant.

Check up cramping: The uterus is made up of smooth muscle that when manipulated during a pelvic exam may produce cramping. However, this presupposes that the examiner is being very gentle. Rough pelvic exams can sometimes induce the same cramping especially since you are pregnant and the uterus is distended.
