Gonorrhea only: Even after oral sex exposure, throat STDs are uncommon and the only one that normally requires possible testing is gonorrhea. Chlamydia rarely infects the throat; and viral STDs (HPV, herpes, etc) are not normally tested unless there are symptoms. Any doctor or clinic can collect a gonorrhea throat culture. If these various docs still say no, see a health dept STD clinic for expert advice.
