Adult circumcision: A scar is always a part of the circumcision process. A baby circumcision has 12 years to heal before puberty causes growth, which stretches and softens into a "circumcision band". Adult circumcision scars are thin and more abrupt and can take years to soften. My best advice to you is to "own" the scar and wear it proudly like you might wear a tattoo or body mod. You can try Mederma for scar redux.

Plastic surgery: If it is bothering you so much, you may consult a plastic surgeon for cosmetic surgery. Remember, plastic surgeons do not come cheap. If it is not interfering with urination or sex, I would recommend to leave it alone. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
