Can diclegis cause cramping/spotting in a pregnant woman?

Not likely, see doc : Diclegis is a recently FDA approved medication for nausea and vomiting in pregnancy. However the components, Vitamin B12 and Unisom (the sleep medication) have Ben used together for many decades safely it seems for the same problem. No reason to think either ingredient would cause any cramping or spotting. Instead we would call this a threatened abortion. See your doctor or midwife to verify.
