Not necessarily: If the mole looks bigger because the skin it is sitting on has stretched due to growth of the breast, it is not worrisome. You may wish to watch and wait. If the mole doubles in size, becomes irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, ulcerates or develops a nodule, see a doctor. Wish you and your family good health!
