Bacterial vaginosis?: The most common cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of bacteria. Trichomonas, an STD, also can do this; and other STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia are common in women with BV. See a doctor or clinic ASAP for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!
