Why does my digestive system always seem to go haywire right before my period? some months it's gas, other months indigestion, diarrhea, etc.

PMS?: If this always happens right before your period then it seems you have a form of PMS (premenstrual syndrome). There are several treatment options for this. Schedule an Obgyn visit to discuss ways to avoid menstrual cycles to minimize the PMS symptoms.
