Start with pcp: You have multiple symptoms, not clear what is wrong with your speech, which may occur for many reasons and may not necessarily be related to one cause. See your pcp for an exam and proper testing to find the underlying problem(s). He/she will refer you to a specialist if necessary. Let doc know all meds you take and any alcohol or substance use even if occaisional. I hope this helps. Best wishes.
