i've been playing jump rope and street hockey for three days straight and i have noticed that my calf has been hurting straight ever sense it started.

Calf pain/strain: jumping or long walking, running can cause muscularskeletal pain esp in the calf area. Ice after you play or jump, advil or alive 400 mg po q 6 hrs or 2 tabs aleve twice a day until pain resolves (a few days). Welcome to health tap, Dr. Ivy Fisher.

Over use: You probable have a minor strain of you calf from over use. Rest, ice, over the counter meds like alleve can help. Should settle down in 3-5 days . Maybe less. Make sure you have the proper shoes too.
