Antral edema: this medical terminology to say the there is redness with some swelling and friable tissue in your stomach. this can be caused by gastritis because of multiple reasons . It depends what your symptoms are and why the endoscopy was done. If the cause is treated the condition will resolve. Discuss it with your GP.

Gastroscopy report: The above sounds likes findings form a gastroscopy report. This needs to be interpreted in conjunction with any tissue sample that were obtained. The picture sounds like acute gastritis which can resolve with a proper diet, timely meals, reducing stress, quitting smoking, balanced meals and avoiding gas forming foods. Discuss with the doctor who organised this imaging for you
