Can't do: Once broken the hymen will not regenerate. Although a plastic surgeon might attempt repairing it for "cosmetic" reasons. There is no medical reason to repair a hymen. Sexual abstinence will not repair it.

Hymen Repair: Hymen repair surgery can restore the hymen back to a virgin like state when performed properly. Avoiding sex does not restore the hymen.

Not available: This was a procedure sometimes performed at the direction of various brothel owners in the far east. Aging businessmen believed a mythical idea about regaining their vigor if they had sex with a virgin & paid more for the experience. I doubt you would find anyone that is either trained in or wiling to do the procedure. There is no non-surgical repair.
