A member asked:

Someone who has numerous medical conditions. is it more likely for them to have an undiagnosed condition as the cause, or the conditions be unrelated?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends on, to a: great degree, what those "numerous medical conditions" are. For example, if a person is obese, and has diabetes, high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol, all of these conditions may be related to the obesity. Since I don't know what conditions this person has, I can't tell you if any or all are related to an "undiagnosed condition." Dr. Anne
