What condition is most likely to cause someone to have lymphedema?

In breast cancer surgery, le happens most frequently after someone has had an axillary dissection to remove a large group of nodes from the underarm. Radiation to the underarm increases the risk of le. Le can be triggered by trauma or infection of the arm. Obesity is also a risk factor for le after having nodes removed.
