It does sound like: something has changed! With such a dramatic change in the amount of bleeding, clots and pain for 6-7 months now, you need to see your Gynecologist. While this may simply be a normal transition of your menstrual pattern, uterine abnormalities which cause heavy bleeding (fibroids, polyps, cancer) need to be excluded. Make an appointment today.
