my 3 year old has what looks like milk on her tongue. treating it for the last week as thrush and still there what else could it be. not bothering her?

Dry mouth: may be she ir a mouth breather and at night her mouth dries and the papiilea of the tongue get hypertrophied and appear dry and white Try using a humidifyer by her bedside and use saline nose spray to help her nose
