Use a cool compress: No ice. If you were hit hard, you need to see your eye doctor to make sure everything is okay, and no injury to your iris, trabecular meshwork (drains the aqueous fluid out, and can increase intraocular pressure if it's blocked). If unsure, go see your eye doctor.
