A member asked:

Im finally getting over strep & don't want to relapse. could the cold weather aggravate symptoms more than anything else? should i stay clear of soy?

Can get rechecked: One can get his throat rechecked if a lot of strep throat symptoms return. Cold weather can make a throat uncomfortable temporarily, due to breathing cold, dry air... but does not cause strep throat to relapse. Soy products are everywhere, and have no unusual effect on a normal person's throat.
