Wrong diagnosis?: UTI rarely causes low abdominal pain without urinary symptoms (burning, urgency, frequent voiding). And UTI symptoms should clear up within 2-3 days of starting an effective antibiotic. Are you at risk of STDs? I'm wondering if you have pelvic inflammatory disease (tube infection), usually due to gonorrhea or chlamydia. Check w/ your doctor ASAP, i.e. Monday morning. Good luck!
