Need take test: Late periods and sore breast definitely could be a sign of pregnancy. Even if there is slight spotting women can still be pregnant. A home pregnancy test would be a good start if someone has these signs

Probably pregnancy: Delayed period , spotting and sore breast could indicate pregnancy . Urine pregnancy test can be done , consult a doctor to do bloods too.
