Vaginal lumps: People shouldn't have painful lumps in their vaginas. In order to diagnose the cause of a painful lump a person needs to have a pelvic exam done by a PCP or GYN. It could be a cervical infection or an infection in the wall or something else. This sort of a problem shouldn't wait for more than a few days to be seen if it could be an infection.
