STD, other infection: Colored vaginal discharge (yellow, creamy, green, etc) usuallly means infection, and vaginal bleeding often goes along with infection as well. So does bleeding after sex. And as you fear, STDs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or trichomonas are the most common genital infections in sexually active persons your age. Stop having sex for the time being and see your doctor ASAP. Good luck!
