Days: it can last up to 2 weeks usually. however you may developed what is called post infectious irritable bowel syndrome, which may last months after the infection. Taking probiotics may help. if pain persist after 2 weeks or if it becomes severe in intensity, seek medical attention

Few days: If you have had stomach pain without diarrhea from a viral infection, the pain should not last for more than a few days. If it is getting worse you need to consult your doctor . The flu from influenza virus is not usually associated with significant gastrointestinal symptoms but a common cold virus can. Some people may develop IBS after a viral GI infection but this is not a common event.
