Take a test!: Pregnancy tests, even over-the-counter ones, are very accurate. Generally, if you conceived more than 14 days ago, the pregnancy test will be positive. Use your first morning's urine. If you are pregnant (and there is a 5/1000 chance after tubal ligation), then you need to see a doctor ASAP due to the increased risk of ectopic.

PG test: It is very unlikely that you are pregnant, but tubal ligations can and do fail. Run a pregnancy test and find your answer.
