I am 34. first pregnancy. 6.5 week pregnant as per ultrasound. 7.5 week as per lmp. crl is 5.7 mm. feral pole, yolk sac seen. but no cardiac activity?

It's too early: It is too early to detect cardiac activity as the fetal "heart"(cardiac sinus) is not yet fully formed.
