No: colimex or dicyclomine is a drug blocks the signals of the muscles not only of the gut but other muscles too.it can cause baby to sleep more this prevents baby from waking iup every 2 hrs to breast feed and baby does not get the required calories at 21 days baby should not sleep more than 2 hrs at a stretch baby Needs to breast feed every 2 hrs
