since last night my stomachache is cramping and have diarrhea real bad i've been taking pepto bismol but it's not working seems like it's getting wors?

Food ...48 hours: Since it came so sudenly it sounds most likely related to something you ate. Any blood in stool?, dark?, are you able to drink liquids? At this point if no fever, blood in stool - you needs to stay only on liquid diet with gradual addition of food as rice, broth. Also Try High potency Probiotic ( Kefir,Yogurt - plain,+ if supplement available VSL#3). Avoid sweets, milk, fry food, greasy food.
