Moderation: Everything in moderation. Don't over do it, but generally, cucumbers are quite healthy. Try to balance your diet, eating different types and colors of vegetables.

Family pract: A cucumber is mostly made up of water and has very little nutritious value so you probably couldn't over eat them. You just need to eat from the other food groups as well to have a balanced diet.
