Yes: Uncontrolled seasonal allergies can leave one prone to developing sinus infection and Eustachian Tube Dysfunction (ineffective drainage of fluid from the middle ear). Probably time to let a physician evaluate you.

Jaw?: If you have no hearing problem , the pain may be from your jaw (teeth-grinding, injury, malocclusion etc. Check with your dentist if ear exam is normal.
