Vaginitis: This is referred to as cytolytic vaginosis. It is a rare and somewhat scientifically controversial diagnosis. All other common causes of vaginitis should be excluded first. One approach is to use Nuvaring. It keeps the vagina at a stable pH between 3.5 and 5.5
