Needs evaluation: Headaches that occur constantly and present only on one side could be due to a migraines. If this is happening more towards the evening it could be Tension headaches arising from the daily stressors of life. However there are other sinister causes of such headaches therefore you need to see your doctor and possibly get a CT scan done to rule out other worrying causes
