No there isn't: Acute pancreatitis requires careful treatment, chronic pancreatitis requires ongoing monitoring, pancreatitis rarely involves bacterial infection so antibiotics are of no use. Antibiotics are prescription medications thus not available at the vitamin or health food store. Please follow your doctors advice closely.
