See below: That would be very atypical but i never say never. However, it is unlikely without any other symptoms. If concerned, see your doc. Prednisone can occasionally cause peripheral swelling however.

Possible: Some antibiotics may have the side effect of edema. If you noticed a definate correalation to feet swelling with antibiotic useage, let your dr. Know, you may have an adverse drug reaction.
