how to increase height after 18 years?

1 doctor answer
Dr. James Ferguson

Most don't: Proper nutrition, rest and exercise will support the best possible growth for anyone. However, most of either sex have stopped growing at 18 and there are no special diets, supplements, exercises, stretches, etc that will change that.
