Perhaps: Potentially one could have those symptoms although that is not a symptom I often hear when seeing patients with a rectocele. The best thing to do is to see a Gynecologist and let them do an exam to see if you have a rectocele. That is an easy diagnosis to make with an examination.

Possible: This is because the rectum is protruding in to the back portion of the vagina which is where the impact from intercourse is. So the pressure from the intercourse may give sensations of pressure in the rectum making you feel like you need to poop/fart.
