Need more info: You need further w/up! Infections, like cystitis, or bladder infection, may cause back pain and the elevated WBC. Kidney stones, pyelonephritis, are other real possibilities, are u having urinary symptoms?.. Burning or bloody urine? Have u passed stones? it seems to me u need further work up. Best!
