What is the diagnosi: We know now that the environment in the lungs is not sterile as previously thought and thus isolation of a few fungal spores or common bacteria per se does not necessarily mean an infection (some samples may be contaminated by airborne organisms in the processing also). We need to know what the diagnosis of your condition is.
