More info needed: You have completed a 14 day course of antibiotics and proton pump inhibitor (acid blocker) therapy for H. pylori eradication. You may need to continue taking an acid blocker if the doctor has seen ulcers in the stomach or duodenum on endoscopy. Otherwise, I would say your therapy is complete. Good luck to you.

Not for infection: However, if GERD is still a concert u should. Any PPI will do unless specific other factors involved (ex. Plavix (clopidogrel) intake, etc). Discuss with ur doctor, as taking PPI isn't without a risk and benefits should be discussed and compared.
