See a Rheumatologist: This could represent early Rheumatoid arthritis!,not knowing more details about your health, assuming you don't have chronic hepatitis or HIV, since ,at times, these patients may have false positives RF. early RA , may present as a mono articulate arthritis, and later, if left untreated, evolve into a Polyarticular more symmetric arthritic problem. good luck
