Not possible: This very complicated question may be impossible to answer. The presence of a Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) ITSELF is abnormal, so there is no "normal" range for the JT interval. The JTc interval is calculated by QTc - QRS duration when QRS >120 ms. The significance is being debated, but my be related to depolarization time in BBB.
