???dose: the usual dose of this medication is 25-50 mg every 6 hours. 250 mg is an overdose and should be evaluated at the ER. Assuming you meant 25mg, then it should be out of your system within 6-8 hrs; however, if for some reason you ingested 250 mg- go directly to the ER
