Lowest dose: It's usually the lowest available does. However this medicine needs to be prescribed and should not be used other than as prescribed. You should never use another persons medicine.

Start low/increase: I have started folks on as little as 10 mgm before performance and increase gradually until reach an effective dose. Discuss with your prescriber. N

A Cardiac Drug: Propranolol is a cardiac anti-arrhythmia drug meant to control or modulate cardiac arrhythmia disease. It is not a psychiatric drug.
