Varies: usually titrated up over several weeks-months with a dosage range of 10-80 mg AM/PM.-Lower dosing, 10-20 mg is most common starting dose

Lowest dose: It's usually the lowest available does. However this medicine needs to be prescribed and should not be used other than as prescribed. You should never use another persons medicine.

Start low/increase: I have started folks on as little as 10 mgm before performance and increase gradually until reach an effective dose. Discuss with your prescriber. N
