Zoloft: Zoloft does not interfere with birth control. If you are on birth control already then it sounds like everything is ok. Sometimes menstrual cycles are very light on birth control and some brands make them almost nothing. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
