4 year old is vomiting every 12 hours exactly. in between he has had diarrhea, but only twice. eating and drinking and keeping that down. no fever.

Mgt: I would suggest continuing his hydration and monitoring his temperature. Usually an illness like this is self limited. For more prolonged or severe symptoms, please see either the ED or your PCP.
