Hard to say: Both VSD's and Epstein anomaly vary in their degree. Simple VSD's often close on their own before 1yo while bad ones go to surgery. Epstein anomaly is usually much more complicated. Your treatment team (PCP,Cardiologist) have the information that can clarify your present condition and project whether your body can handel the extra work of a pregnancy.
