Brown skin color. 5 on a scale of 6. i have 2, 3 inch spot of hyperpigmentation from 10yr ago from using epila laser. how do i reverse it?

Unlikely to reverse: It sounds like the hyperpigmented skin is a side-effect from the laser. There are creams that you can buy over the counter to help with sun and age spots, but it is unlikely that your skin tone will return to normal after all this time.
