Go to ER: The symptoms you are describing could mean anything from a simple viral associated headache to something more serious such as meningitis or encephalitis. In short if it is not controlled with simple analgesia it needs an examination by a doctor immediately to rule out anything more sinister.

Needs evaluation: I'm not sure 'where' you're from or 'what' exposures you might have had, but this certainly seems like a case for proper medical evaluation. There are a many number of possible illnesses, some of them quite serious - therefore I would not waste any more time.
