I came off the pill approx 6 months ago my period has been regular however i experience creamy brown tinged discharge 2 to 4 days before im due again.

Normal: In most instances this is normal and reflects how the blood exits the uterus. There can be some conditions where the cervix is irritated and can lead to spotting/discharge before a period

Brown discharge: On non-oral contraceptive coverage, at age 35 the level of estrogen is elevated , and the decrease just prior to the onset of menses will cause slight bleeding, which colors the discharge and makes it appear "brown" . The "creamy consistency" may be due to a yeast overgrowth, which is also more common in the second half of the menstrual cycle.
