Depends: The normal pH of a premenopausal vagina is slightly acidic ~4.5. Concern about an elevated pH depends on how pH was collected, your age, and if symptomatic. If vaginal swab was placed in saline prior to testing, it will artificially elevated vaginal pH. Blood or being postmenopausal will also elevate vaginal pH. If you are symptomatic - itching / pain with sex / dryness, see your clinician.
